Born in Lithgow, New South Wales in 1976, Palmer had a successful career in squash. Palmer retired from squash in 2011 and maintained a successful and high-level coach at his David Palmer Squash Academy in Orlando, Florida. In 2016, he made his debut as Head Coach of Squash at Cornell University. Palmer now has both men’s and women’s squash team at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
